This
structure has been located in two complete separate parts in the north
of lands at structures one and two.
in
northern part, it has been considered for residential usage and side
services, temporary residing (hotels), tourism and reception and
services such as international university> hospital and research centers
and sports stadium.

area of this stricter is about 960 hectare. Of that, it prepared 350

part structure 3 known as residential trace, this complex which has located in a
trass near the sea and between paradise trace and the valley of Tiss village,
has specific limit among natural topography of the region.
this structure
which has considered for residing employees and investors stand in the region,
is a widespread complex which ever now it has been completed more than 300 units
of it in 3 different working phase with 63units, housing cooperative ( 227
units) and villas and private part apartments.
Average area of
this structure is 9m2 and parts are around 200 to 300 m2.
