The commercial complex includes ferdose, Abrisham,
Darya, paradise, sadaf, salehyar and Tiss commercial complex. The commercial
region in spite of reasonable amount of commercial complex has yet few numbers
of non allotted lands which is sufficient for investment. Guest house and villas
will include Lipar Hotel, Villas specialized for VIP, Sadaf Apartment Hotel and
International Hotel are both in the process of making.
One of the important usages of this structure,
knowing as the heart of free zone, is commercial usage. This part which included
commercial complex together with office buildings of free zone has been located
in a height point with a nice perspective towards c Chabahar gulf and Oman Sea.
We should mention that some of these buildings have not yet been completed.
